West Brisbane Warriors Volleyball Club will be holding the Annual General Meeting on Saturday 24 January 2026 to elect the 2026 Executive Committee.

The following positions will be spilt during the Annual General Meeting:

• President

• Vice President

• Treasurer

• Secretary

We invite anyone interested in these roles to apply via the Jotform before Tuesday, 13 January 2026 (12:00pm).

Please note:

• Individuals may only hold one position on the Executive Committee. If an individual receives a majority of votes in more than one position, they will be asked to choose their preferred position, with the remaining position(s) being offered to the individual with the next highest number of votes.

• The quorum for the AGM is the double the number of the Executive Committee (8)

• Voting will occur over an online platform, and be open for until Thursday, 15 January 2026.
